Control System Integration

Space requirements

Meeting rooms with video conferencing capability enable internal collaboration with remote team members at different geographical locations. This system utilizes a Zoom Rooms Appliance together with an Extron Zoom Rooms Touchpanel, enabling meeting attendees to use the full range of Zoom Rooms System conferencing features while having access to room and AV control from the same interface. A Zoom Rooms Appliance is mounted below the display. Control signals are sent from the Zoom Rooms Appliance and Zoom Rooms Touchpanel through an Extron IPCP Pro 250xi Control Processor to control and automate Zoom conferencing, AV equipment, lighting, shades and display.

Medium Conference Room

Space requirements

The SF 3CT ceiling speakers deliver consistent sound levels across the entire meeting area.

Extron offers stylish wall mount and tabletop touchpanels that can operate as either a certified Zoom Rooms controller or a Zoom Scheduling panel. As a Zoom Rooms controller, these touchpanels let users manage the Zoom Rooms meeting experience and offer optional AV system control from a single device. Extend AV room control capabilities by using an IPCP Pro xi Series control processor and the Extron Control for Zoom Rooms app. As a Zoom Scheduling panel, they provide dynamic room scheduling capabilities for any space.
