Now, a simple tap on the Yealink Touch Panel can control call volume for the room as well as send commands that trigger automation events for display control, shades, lighting, and more.

Extron Control for Microsoft Teams Rooms

Extron Control for Microsoft Teams Rooms adds Extron Pro Series control capabilities to the full range of conferencing features provided by the Microsoft Teams Rooms application, which runs on Yealink Video Conferencing Room Systems for Microsoft Teams, thus allowing a single device to deliver both collaboration and control solutions for an enhanced meeting room experience. Extron Control for Microsoft Teams Rooms provides room and AV equipment control for Microsoft Teams Rooms. These rooms can be accessed using the secure Extron Control for Web HTML5 page from any PC or laptop and are configured with Extron Global Configurator Plus and Global Configurator Professional or programmed with ControlScript. It allows various room functions, including controlling shades, lighting, display, and camera controls.

SPACE REQUIREMENTS

The medium sized conference room accommodates up to 12 people and includes video conferencing capabilities, enabling team members in remote locations to participate in meetings. This system utilizes the Yealink MVC640 solution, enabling meeting attendees to use the full range of Microsoft^® Teams Rooms System conferencing features. This system supports connection of one USB-C or HDMI source at the table via the Yealink MTouch II touch panel. Cable management and AC power provide easy accessibility. A Yealink UVC84 USB PTZ Camera is mounted below the display. Extron Control for Microsoft Teams Rooms solution together with the Extron SMD 202 Streaming Media Player automatically allows for digital signage and streaming capabilities when Microsoft Teams Rooms system is not in use. The TLS 725M provides room scheduling capabilities with on-demand reservations from the touchpanel. When coupled with the OCS 100C room occupancy sensor, the room is made available after no occupancy is detected.

Meeting Room with Yealink MeetingBar A20 for Zoom Rooms

SPACE REQUIREMENTS

Meeting rooms with video conferencing capability enable internal collaboration with remote team members at different geographical locations. This system utilizes the Yealink all-in-one MeetingBar A20 along with the Yealink CTP18 touch panel interface, enabling meeting attendees to use the full range of Zoom Rooms System conferencing features while having access to AV control from the same interface. A Yealink MeetingBar A20 is mounted below the display. Control signals are sent from the Yealink MeetingBar A20 and Yealink CTP18 through an Extron IPCP Pro 250 xi Control Processor to automate lighting, shades and display. The TLS 725M provides room scheduling capabilities with on-demand reservations from the touchpanel. When coupled with the OCS 100C room occupancy sensor the room is made available when people leave the room.
