Overview

The Extron MTP T 15HD RS transmitter sends high resolution VGA and RS-232 signals long distances to a compatible MTP RL 15HD RS or MTP RL 15HD RS SEQ receiver over a single unshielded twisted pair cable. The MTP T 15HD RS transmits RGBHV, RGBS, RGsB, HDTV, and other high resolution video and serial communication signals. The MTP 15HD RS Series non-CAT 7 models can be used with any CAT 5-type twisted pair cable or with Extron Enhanced Skew-Free™ AV UTP cable for cable runs of 600 feet (185 meters) or more with XGA signals, and 450 feet (135 meters) or more with UXGA signals.
