In response to requests by AV designers, engineers, and dealers, AutoCAD® block diagrams of over 100 Extron products are now available online. Access to these blocks makes incorporating Extron products into AutoCAD-based engineering drawings quicker and easier. The block diagrams include the following:
- Product name
- Part number
- Graphical representation of input and output connector types
- A single point for connection of each input and output on each product
To view the block diagrams, which are formatted as DWG files, you need to have Autodesk Design Review (if you don't have AutoCAD). This application is free and can be downloaded here. It can be used to view Extron's panel drawings (DXF files), as well as block diagrams.
