The ShareLink® Pro WFA 100 is a Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth® adapter that connects to the USB port on a ShareLink Pro device. The WFA 100 enables anyone to share content from a Windows 10 device to a ShareLink Pro device using Miracast® support without installing any software and find the closest ShareLink Pro unit via Bluetooth technology, using the ShareNext™ feature. The ShareLink Pro WFA 100 adapter makes sharing and collaborating in huddle, meeting, and collaboration spaces even quicker and easier with ShareLink Pro devices.

The WFA 100 adapter is discoverable to Windows 10 users for Miracast support, enabling them to share content by selecting the desired ShareLink Pro device and mirroring their screen from within Windows. Content shared via Miracast can be presented on the ShareLink Pro display along with content shared via the ShareLink Pro App, AirPlay®, WebShare™ browser sharing, or the HDMI input. The ShareNext feature helps users find the closest ShareLink Pro display by using Bluetooth technology to locate the WFA 100 adapter connected to ShareLink Pro devices. This allows ShareLink Pro deployments using AirPlay® or with the ShareLink Pro software already installed to quickly connect to the closest ShareLink Pro unit without entering the IP address or for the ShareLink Pro unit to be on the local subnet or network.

The WFA 100 Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth adapter is available individually for both U.S. and European markets. In addition, it is available in six different kits: three for U.S. markets and three for European markets. The ShareLink Pro 1100 Miracast & ShareNext Kit includes the ShareLink Pro 1100, an external Extron Everlast™ power supply, and the WFA 100 USB to Wi‑Fi & Bluetooth adapter. The ShareLink Pro 2000 Miracast & ShareNext Kit includes the ShareLink Pro 2000 and the WFA 100 USB to Wi‑Fi & Bluetooth adapter; no power supply necessary. Designed for customers who already have a ShareLink Pro 1100 device, the ShareLink Pro 1100 Miracast & ShareNext Upgrade Kit includes an external Extron Everlast power supply and WFA 100 USB to Wi‑Fi & Bluetooth adapter. For customers who want to upgrade the ShareLink Pro 2000, there is not an upgrade kit, as they only need to order the WFA 100 USB to Wi‑Fi & Bluetooth adapter since no power supply is required to use the WFA 100 adapter with the ShareLink Pro 2000.

This allows ShareLink Pro deployments using AirPlay® or with the ShareLink Pro software already installed to quickly connect to the ShareLink Pro units closest to you without entering the IP address.
