MLS 304MA Mono Audio Amplifier 60-550-01 Retired

This product has been retired.

The Extron MLS 304MA is a simple-to-use, four input, multi-format switcher with an integrated mono amplifier. It provides computer video and composite video switching, along with stereo audio input switching. The switcher features mono 70/100 volt amplification for distributed audio applications. An additional input accepts balanced/unbalanced mono line level audio signals for mixing with any of the four switchable inputs. For enhanced operation, ease of room control, and simplified system integration, the MLS 304MA can be controlled with a TouchLink® Control System or MediaLink® Controller.

The MLS 304MA switcher features two configurable 15-pin HD inputs to support high resolution RGBHV or composite video sources and 15-pin HD local monitor loop-through. There are two additional dedicated inputs for composite video signals, and all inputs support stereo audio. A line level mono audio auxiliary/mix input is available for consumer and professional audio sources such as a wireless microphone receiver for mixing with the selected input. The MLS 304MA also features audio input gain and attenuation for each input, plus loudness control and master volume control on the front panel or via RS-232.

In addition to the 20-watt, rms, integrated mono amplifier for 4 or 8 ohm or 16 watts, rms, for 70/100 volt distributed audio systems the MLS 304MA includes two preamp balanced or unbalanced audio outputs, one fixed and one variable. All outputs can be configured via RS-232 for mono or stereo audio output.
