Overview

The Extron MMX 42 AV and MMX 42 AV RCA are designed to route composite video and stereo audio signals. The MMX 42 AV provides balanced/unbalanced stereo audio on captive screw connectors, while the MMX 42 AV RCA provides unbalanced stereo audio on RCA jacks. Both models offer vertical interval switching, providing seamless transitions when switching between synchronous video sources; front panel security lockout for environments where easy access is undesirable; quad standard for switching between NTSC 3.58, NTSC 4.43, PAL, and SECAM for worldwide compatibility; audio breakaway; input audio gain and attenuation; and RS-232 for control via control systems.
