1. Provide a fiber optic receiver that shall support the long-haul transmission of VGA video, stereo audio, and RS-232 control
   1. Long distance signal extension of video, audio, and control over multimode fiber optic cabling
   2. Video output requirements
      1. Shall provide one (1) female 15-pin HD connector for digital video signals with embedded audio
      2. Shall support VGA-UXGA RGBHV, RGBS, RGsB, and RsGsBs signal types when paired with a FOXBOX Tx VGA MM, part number 60-934-11
      3. Shall support VGA-UXGA RGBHV, RGBS, and HD component signal types when paired with a FOXBOX Tx VGA/YUV MM, part number 60-1058-11
      4. Shall support computer video up to 1600x1200, including 1080p @ 60 Hz
   3. Audio output requirements
      1. Shall provide one (1) 3.5 mm stereo audio mini jack on rear panel for unbalanced audio
      2. Shall provide audio muting capability
   4. AV device control requirements
      1. Shall provide one (1) bidirectional RS-232 three-pole captive screw connector on rear panel for controlling a local or remote device
         1. RS-232 pass-through from the RS-232 port onto the fiber for communicating with a remote device or control system
   5. Interconnection requirements
      1. Shall provide interconnection between transmitter and receiver over multimode fiber optic cabling
      2. Shall provide two (2) LC-type fiber optic connectors for interconnection between transmitter and receiver
      3. Shall support unidirectional video, audio, and control signal extension with one (1) fiber installed between the transmitter and receiver
      4. Shall support bidirectional control signal extension with two (2) fibers installed between the transmitter and receiver
         1. First fiber provides video, audio, and control signals from transmitter to receiver
         2. Second fiber provides return data from receiver to transmitter
      5. Shall support a daisy-chain configuration of up to ten (10) receivers
         1. One (1) fiber connects the transmitter to the first receiver in the daisy chain
         2. One (1) fiber connects each receiver to the subsequent receiver in the chain
         3. All receivers in the daisy chain receive identical video, audio, and control signals
   6. Transmission requirements
      1. Shall support extension of video, audio, and control signals over multimode fiber optic cabling
      2. Shall provide a fiber optic signal transmission distance capability of 2 km (1.25 miles) over OM3 or OM4 laser optimized multimode fiber optic cabling
      3. Shall support an optical loss budget of at least 7 dB between transmitter and receiver
   7. Setup, control, and configuration requirements
      1. Shall provide one (1) bidirectional RS-232 2.5 mm jack on front panel for setup and configuration
      2. Shall provide one (1) two-pole captive screw connector on rear panel for a contact closure output to trigger an external control system for alarm notification in case of fiber link loss
   8. Power requirements
      1. Shall be equipped with an external, universal AC power supply capable of supporting 100 – 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz power
   9. General requirements
      1. Shall include Auto Input Memory capability to automatically store and recall position and detail settings based on the incoming signal
      2. Shall provide thirty (30) user memory presets to save and recall position and detail settings based on the incoming signal
      3. Shall provide visual signal on LED indicators located on front panel for RGB video signal presence, audio signal presence, over temperature status, and power
      4. Shall provide visual signal on LED indicators located on front panel for link status
      5. Shall provide three internal test patterns consisting of grayscale, color bars, and alternating pixels for display calibration and setup
      6. Shall provide automatic image adjustment of sizing, centering, and filtering to optimize image output
      7. Shall have a 1” (2.5 cm) high, half rack width mountable metal enclosure
      8. Shall be rack mountable with optional rack shelf
      9. Shall be wall or furniture mountable with optional mounting kits

      13. Shall be compatible with Extron FOX Series matrix switchers for signal distribution systems up to 1000x1000 and larger
