Extron virtual control systems help organizations easily deploy, scale, and manage their AV systems by providing the flexibility of hosting AV control resources in a central location, right alongside the resources the IT team already manages. Optimized for up to 30 Virtual Control Processors – VCPs, the VCA 100 Virtual Control Appliance is designed for centralized AV control across the organization. This appliance-based approach has many advantages, including: minimal maintenance, reliable uptime, no need to deploy and manage traditional servers or virtual machines. It’s everything you love about Extron control, scalable for the enterprise.
An entry level VCA 100 includes five virtual control processors and organizations can use LinkLicenses to enable up to 30 IPCP Pro xi virtual control processors, providing scalable control for the enterprise. Easily deploy these virtual control processors on your network, then add as many traditional control ports and user interfaces as needed by integrating control system expansion interfaces, TouchLink® Pro touchpanels, and Network Button Panels. You can do all of this and more without recurring licensing fees.

Deploying Virtual Control Processors
AV/IT teams can host numerous virtual control processors on a single VCA 100. As an organization scales their AV control system needs, new VCPs can be activated and configured or programmed to accommodate. While an entry level VCA 100 includes 5 VCPs, simply apply LinkLicenses to enable additional VCPs. You can monitor the health and status of deployed virtual control processors using the web-based management console on the VCA 100.
