Anaheim, California (February 17, 2009) - Extron Electronics is pleased to announce that two new products received Technology InAVation Awards at Integrated Systems Europe 2009 in Amsterdam. GlobalViewer Enterprise is server-based AV resource management software designed to provide enhanced help desk functionality, enterprise-wide scheduling and monitoring, and time-stamped AV system data collection for reporting. The configuration based software provides an easy upgrade path for existing users of Extron's free GlobalViewer Web application. Users can access usage data, create reports, and control the system from any computer on the LAN or WAN.

The ZipClip mounting kit is a unique system for quickly and securely mounting Extron PS Series power supplies and other eighth-rack and quarter-rack width products in a variety of locations. It can be mounted to rack rails, under tables, or in lecterns, and securely locked into place with a simple "click". Wire tie slots in the ZipClip enable proper strain releif and dressing of excess cable. The PS Series power supplies offer high reliability, energy efficiency, and versatile mounting options for easy integration. While typical power supplies last for three years, the PS Series are designed to last up to 45 years.
