Extron® Introduces the NEW 90° Input Cables with Audio

Anaheim, California (September 27, 2000) – Extron introduces new 90° input cables with audio, the 90° Laptop Breakout Cable (LBC) with Audio and the 90° 15-pin HD Cable with Audio. The 90° connector angle allows for low-profile, unobtrusive connection of either cable to an interface or other AV product. The 90° angle of connection also protects the cable from accidental damage, allows the cable to lie flat so it doesn't hang awkwardly from the connector, and improves the aesthetic look of the connection. These cables use 3.5 mm stereo audio connectors for direct connection of audio and are available in various lengths. 90° LBC Cable with Audio The 90° LBC with Audio directly connects video and audio from a laptop or other computer to an Extron universal interface. The interface end provides a female 9-pin D connector. On the computer end, these cables are available with an attached male 15-pin HD, 15-pin D, or 13W3 connector. 90° 15-pin HD Cable with Audio The 90° 15-pin HD Cable with Audio can be used to directly connect video and audio from any computer to an Extron 15-pin HD interface or distribution amplifier with audio interfacing.
