Anaheim, California (February 27, 2014) - Extron is pleased to introduce six IP Link Pro Series control processors. All of these are faster, more secure, and more powerful than ever. Built-in Gigabit Ethernet and the latest network protocols allow fast, secure connections with multiple TouchLink Pro touchpanels using today's network infrastructure. IP Link Pro control processors are built to work with TouchLink Pro touchpanels and are fully customizable with Extron's most powerful configuration software - Global Configurator Professional.

"Our new IP Link Pro Series give integrators a whole new family of powerful, secure control processors they can use in a broad range of AV system designs," says Casey Hall, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Extron. "When combined with our new Global Configurator Professional software, these fully-customizable control processors are capable of sophisticated configuration functions, including conditional logic, local variables, macros, and advanced scheduling."

Within the IP Link Pro family, there are three IPL Pro control processors and three IPCP Pro control processors. All of these control processors provide seamless integration with GlobalViewer Enterprise software. This powerful resource management software allows users to manage, monitor, and control both Extron equipment and third-party equipment such as projectors, displays, computer monitors, Blu-ray, and DVD players. IPCP Pro control processors support Extron LinkLicense™, which enables the use of third party devices as primary control interfaces.
