Bosch DICENTIS Conference Systems Now Support Extron Pro Series Control

Anaheim, California (April 2, 2020) - Extron is pleased to announce that TouchLink Pro touchpanels and IP Link Pro control processors are now fully compatible with the Bosch DICENTIS Conference System. The DICENTIS Conference System is an IP-based platform consisting of several conference devices ranging from discussion-only to full-featured multimedia devices. With their latest software update, the DICENTIS Conference System offers a new platform-independent secure and scalable interface. This provides a whole new level of system integration, allowing Extron TouchLink Pro touchpanels to display DICENTIS conference information, such as connected delegate names, their location in the room - which can be used to drive a PTZ camera preset, and who is talking. In addition to all of this, users can have the convenience of AV room control native to the Extron Pro Series platform.

The Bosch DICENTIS Conference System can integrate with Extron control via configuration using Extron's Global Configurator Professional and the ready-to-use device driver, or programmed using Python scripting with Global Scripter.
