Extron is pleased to be working with Bosch to streamline meeting experiences and add simple Unified Communication options to modern workspaces. Now, using a single TouchLink Pro touchpanel, users can enjoy optimal integration of Extron Control with the CCS 1000 D Digital Discussion System or DICENTIS Wireless Conference System from Bosch and Zoom or Microsoft Teams Conferencing. With a simple, customizable interface, users have full control over all the audio and video equipment in the room, as well as lighting, temperature, and shades.

Additionally, meeting organizers have control over all critical meeting functions via one device, including displays, projectors, audio systems, and light controls. They also have visibility of the status of all connected devices within the system, including information pertaining to delegate names, seat position, who is currently speaking, and more.

Zoom Room with CCS 1000 D Digital Discussion System

This meeting room allows for meetings with remote participants via Zoom. The CCS 1000 D Digital Discussion System which consists of CCS 1000 D Control Units, Discussion Devices, and the System extension unit allowing for clear speech within the room as well as the distribution of the audio to remote participants via Zoom. In this room, users have the flexibility to control the room’s environmental settings that include the room’s lighting, shades, and temperature along with the ability to control the cameras, displays as well as provide Zoom conferencing controls from the Extron TLP Pro 725M.

Microsoft Teams Room with DICENTIS Wireless Conference System

This meeting room incorporates DICENTIS Wireless Conference System, which consists of Wireless discussion device for each participant and a centralized Wireless Access Point, allowing for optimal clarity and sound reinforcement among participants while presenting locally, or via a Microsoft Teams conference call. The system also features multiple cameras and microphones for optimal covering of the participants in the room while providing a single point of control for all room functions and conferencing functions via simple touch panel. LinkLicense enables the MTR touchpanel to provide granular control of lighting and shades as well as camera control and source selection through Extron Control for Microsoft Teams Rooms.
